- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return Process: Initiate a return request via email within the 15-day window.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse.
- Exchanges: Subject to product availability. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the fastest service.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization (RA)
Within 2 business days, we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions, including the return warehouse address. Please do not ship any item back without an RA number.
Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return
Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA slip inside the box. Ship the package to the address provided, using a trackable service. We recommend insuring the package for its full value.
Step 4: We Process Your Return
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email.
Refunds & Credits
- Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 10 business days of us receiving and approving the return.
- Amount: You will receive a refund for the full product price(s). The original Standard Shipping fee ($12.95) or the equivalent cost for Free Shipping orders is non-refundable.
- PayPal & Credit Card Refunds: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health, safety, and quality of our products for all customers, the following items from our curated collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Artificial Greenery: Due to the nature of the materials and assembly, these items are considered final sale once shipped.
- Fire Pits & Outdoor Heaters: For safety reasons, these products are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
- Camping Gear & Beach Chairs & Gear: Items intended for outdoor use and potential exposure to elements are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Personalized, Custom-Ordered, or Clearance Items are explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. For the fastest resolution, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. If you prefer a direct exchange, please indicate this in your initial request, and we will guide you through the process, which may extend the total time to receive your new item.
