- Carrier: EMS.
- Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please Note: We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local carrier delays.

- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving the return.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Exchanges: Subject to product availability. For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization (RA)
Within 2 business days, we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions, including our return warehouse address. Please do not ship any item back without an RA number.
Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return
Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA slip inside the box. Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable and insured service (we recommend insuring for the item’s full value).
Step 4: We Process Your Return
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email.
Refunds & Credits
- Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 10 business days of us receiving and approving the return.
- Amount: You will receive a refund for the full product price(s). The original Standard Shipping fee ($12.95) or the equivalent cost for Free Shipping orders is non-refundable.
- PayPal & Credit Card Refunds: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health, safety, and quality of our products for all customers, the following items from our curated collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
