By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the House Furnish World website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Shipping & Returns Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

The name “House Furnish World,” our logo, and all related product names are trademarks of our company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Information and Service Description

We specialize in globally inspired collections for the home, including:

• Furniture: Living Room, Bedroom, Kitchen & Dining, Adirondack Chairs, Bakers’ Racks, Camping Furniture.
• Home Decor: Artificial Greenery, Floor Lamps, Bathroom Mirrors, Fire Pits & Outdoor Heaters.
• Functional & Outdoor Living: Kitchen Utensils & Gadgets, Camping Gear, Beach Chairs & Gear.

We strive for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings and material nature. If a product is not as described, your remedy is governed by our Returns Policy.

Note: Certain items (Artificial Greenery, Fire Pits & Outdoor Heaters, Camping Gear, Beach Chairs & Gear, personalized/custom/clearance items) are final sale for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, unless damaged upon delivery.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Placing an Order

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email after payment processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of order. Your card will be charged when the order is processed.

4.3 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country’s government upon import. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Your Obligation: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses.

5.1 Order Processing & Methods

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard Shipping: Fee of $12.95. Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Carrier: EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

5.2 Delivery Regions and Delays

We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. House Furnish World is not liable for delays once the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is integrated into these Terms. Key points of your responsibility include:

• Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back.
• Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving and approving the return. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

For damaged or defective items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that breaches any applicable local or international law.
• Knowingly introduce viruses or other malicious material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, server, or any connected database.
• Provide false or misleading information during account creation or checkout.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the total purchase price of the products you ordered.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
